Lepsi is a village in Zhetysu region of Kazakhstan with rich flora and fauna. The area is located in the upper reaches of the Lepsi river along the northern slopes of the Dzungarian Alatau ridge at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level. There are over 1,500 types of medicinal herbs and flowers in Lepsinsk that have retained their original genetic code because there are no industrial enterprises or highways there.
This honey is produced in strict accordance with the principles of organic production. Bees collect nectar from flowers in the pure nature which grow at an altitude of about 2000 meters above sea level. Bees are treated without the use of antibiotics. All stages of honey production occur without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or genetically modified ingredients. A gentle process of honey decrystallization is used without the use of high temperatures during honey bottling, which allows preserving all the beneficial properties of honey in its original form.
