How to order
How to add products to cart?
If you want to add any product to cart, please click the button “Add to cart”. The product will be added to the cart after this action.
When you will finish selection of products, please click cart icon. You will be redirected to the cart window after this action. You can change quantity of any product via clicking button “+” (increase) or “-” (reduce) in the cart section. There are also 3 available actions in cart section:
- the "Place order" button allows you to be transferred to the next page, where you will need to fill delivery information, select a delivery service and payment method;
- the "Continue shopping" button takes you back to the catalog;
- the "Clear cart" button removes all items in the cart.
How to place order?
After clicking on the “Place order” button, you will automatically be transferred to the order placement page, where you need to:
- Indicate your location (city and country) and zip code. Please provide correct details as this will affect the shipping cost.
- Select delivery service.
- Select payment method. The default is to pay by card.
- Fill information about yourself. Please provide only correct information as in your documents, so that later there will be no issues during delivery. Also indicate the email to which you have access, as information about your account and order details will be sent to it. You can also leave a comment on your order.
What is next after order placement?
The system automatically creates an account for users who place an order on our website for the first time. Therefore, if you place an order for the first time, you will be sent a message about your account. This message will indicate your login and email, and will also provide a link that allows you to set a password for your account. Please do not delete this message, as it may be needed to recover your password if you have forgotten your account.
Also, the message will be sent to your email with the order number and date of placing, as well as a list of the goods that you ordered. Please do not delete this email until you receive your order. When contacting us by email or WhatsApp us, please indicate the order number from this message.
We begin to process the order after its placement. As soon as we check, pack and send your order to the transport company, we will send you a tracking number to track the parcel. You can track it yourself on the transport company’s website using this tracking number.
After you receive this order, you will receive a message that your order has been delivered. Your order is completed from this moment. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or WhatsApp us and we will try to help you.
